We keep things deliberately lean — a small team that ships, measures, and listens to real tradespeople rather than a big org chart. That means roles open rarely and we think hard before we add anyone.
If you're a brilliant engineer, a sharp designer, or someone who genuinely understands the day-to-day reality of running a UK trades business, we'd still like to know you exist.
